Christmas 2023 opening
We will be open as normal both for donations and for people who need our help in Brecon on Tuesdays and Fridays EXCEPT for Boxing Day, Tuesday 26th December. Our Hay satellite will also be closed on Friday 29th December but anyone who would use Hay can use Brecon on that day instead.

Brecon Foodbank at Hay-on-Wye opening 17th March
We will be opening a satellite branch of Brecon Foodbank in Hay-on-Wye, on Friday 17th March in the Pavilion, Brecon Road, Hay-on-Wye, HR3 5DY. We plan to open every Friday from 1.30 to 3.30 for a trial period of 6 months, continuing beyond then if appropriate.

Brecon Foodbank opened in July 2014. Since then we have given out 3511 food parcels. We have fed 8267 people, comprising 5093 adults and 3174 children. Christmas 2022-3
We will be closed between Christmas and New Year. Our parcels on Friday 23rd will, as usual, contain food for at least a week, but for anyone who is in need of food during the week we are closed, a few agencies that are open will hold emergency bags.
